Branded a “Moxie Maven” by the White House Office of Public Engagement, Alexia Vernon has dedicated her life to empowering women to speak with moxie on stage, at work and in their personal lives. As a speaking coach, she partners with C-suite leaders, entrepreneurs, change makers, authors, media personalities, educators and creatives to use public speaking and live events to spread their ideas, advance their thought leadership, and make positive impact in the world. Alexia’s flagship program, the Spotlight Speakers Collective, empowers entrepreneurial women to cultivate multiple streams of speaking revenue through transformational talks, workshops, trainings and retreats.

Alexia also designs and delivers experiential corporate training for organizations looking to cultivate their female leadership pipelines. Alexia has inspired many audiences with her equal parts high impact and heart-centered presentations, including Fortune 500 companies like Zappos and MGM Resorts, associations like INBOUND and the National Association of REALTORS®, and she had the honor of addressing the UN during the Commission on the Status of Women.

Alexia’s advice has been featured by dozens of media including CNN, NBC, the Wall Street Journal, Inc., Forbes and Women’s Health Magazine.

Alexia’s book Step into Your Moxie will be published by New World Library (Fall 2018).

When not enmeshed in her work closing the moxie gap, you can find Alexia doing yoga, reading books or watching plays with her business partner and husband, Stephen, and their 3.5 year-old daughter.
