Dr. Susan O’Malley used to save lives. She now saves self-esteem. This former emergency room doctor, now owner and medical director of Madison Med Spa has dedicated herself to helping women stay beautiful through non-invasive, non-surgical procedures.

Many of her patients refer to her as their secret weapon not only because of her professional skills, but her unique approach to beauty. Dr. O’Malley treats your face as if it were her own.

Her passion to help women stay beautiful is rooted in her own story. An accident as a toddler left her with a dental disfigurement that consumed her childhood and extended into her adult years. That event and its devastating consequences taught Dr. O’Malley the importance of beauty in a way no other experience could.

In her book Tough Cookies Don’t Crumble: Turn Set-Backs into Success, she outlines strategies that transformed her from college drop-out and secretary to emergency room doctor and entrepreneur.

Dr. O’Malley is a sought after speaker, including a two time presenter at Hubspot’s INBOUND conference. She is a member of the National Speakers Association, currently serving as President of the Connecticut chapter.  She also served six years on the Board of Directors of the Madison Chamber of Commerce where she started and was chairperson of the Women in Business Committee.

Dr. Susan O’Malley graduated in 1991 from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. After completing her residency in Emergency Medicine, Dr. O’Malley moved to Connecticut where she worked as an Emergency Room doctor until, at age fifty, she felt a calling to open a facility to help women just like her stay strong and beautiful, inside and out.
