Jen Kluczkowski is the Head of Practice at Longpath Labs, a social entrepreneur, and an Advanced Certified Jivamukti yoga and meditation teacher.
At the age of 26, she was experiencing chronic back pain, insomnia, and anxiety from work-related stress.  A doctor presented her with two options:  medication or meditation.  She chose the latter and it rocked her world in both expected and very unexpected ways.
Thanks to mindful practices, Jen discovered her purpose:  to help people disconnect from the daily to-do list and create space to reconnect with themselves.  She invites people to get out of their heads and into their hearts, if only for a few moments every day.  With consistent practice, we not only become less stressed and anxious, but we also become more aware of others.  We move from a focus on “me”, empowered to help “we”.  She believes this mindset is what the world needs now, more than ever.
Through MINDFRESH, a company she founded in 2014, she trained 70 teachers in 18 cities across the globe in her approach to corporate mindfulness.  Her team is responsible for 23,000 moments of presence at companies like L’Oreal USA, Pinterest, The New York Times, Foursquare, Deutsche Bank, and Chanel.  With a background in startup media (2nd east coast employee at Pandora Internet Radio and top national seller with post-IPO exit), she also has 12 years of deep study in yoga, philosophy, and meditation.  Brands like YOTEL, West Elm, Leesa Mattress, and The Assemblage have tapped Jen to create original mindfulness content to enhance customer experience.
