Dr. Geraci is a former police officer and retired public school system administrator. In his retirement he has served as an adjunct faculty professor of psychology and thanatology and a disaster psychology instructor for the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).
Dr. Geraci earned a Ph.D. in Educational Studies at the University of Connecticut, a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies at the University of Hartford and a MS in psychology at Central Connecticut State University. He is best known as a speaker and researcher on the Near-Death-Experience. He has had such an experience and will discuss the phenomenon from his perspective.
Dr. Geraci is the author of The Four Moments after Death: When Moments Pass and Fade Forever, Wednesday’s Cop: Streets of Woe and Students’ Post Near-Death Experience: Attitudes and Behavior toward Education and Learning. He is also a published poet and recently completed a music album with Daniel Cavanaugh and Heather Huddleston based on his poetry.
