Sarah Greenfield is a Registered Dietitian with a specialty in sports nutrition and functional medicine.

The foundation for her career began as a child when she would look forward to family outings at the supermarket. Growing up in a health conscious household cultivated awareness around the power and versatility of food.

She received a Bachelor of Science from the Pennsylvania State University in Nutritional Science and moved to Los Angeles where she received her Dietitian Certification. Working as part of an integral care team in the ICU, trauma centers and digestive health clinics gave her a strong science-based foundation. One of her most valued accomplishments in the healthcare setting was starting a garden at St. Francis Medical that allowed the hospital to provide low-income families with locally grown fruits and vegetables.

Transitioning from healthcare into prevention-focused nutrition, she began creating programs for large wellness brands like NutriBullet, Dr. Hyman, and HUM Nutrition. She even had the opportunity to speak on the same stage as Bill Clinton and was interviewed by NBC’s Lester Holt about NutriBullet University, a wellness program she created to transform children’s health. NutriBullet University was a nationwide school nutrition program that provided organic whole foods to students and measured health impact.

With all of her program experience, it was time to create a platform to bring all these tools together. Sarah created, a nutrition consulting practice, to guide people to use food, lifestyle modifications and supplements to correct underlying digestive issues and improve overall health. Through her work with she has been featured in Men’s Health, Self, and BuzzFeed. She is a marathon runner and loves anything and everything related to poop and is so excited for her first TEDx Talk!
