Before joining NextGen, Lisa attended Harvard Business School and worked at Google in strategy and product ops roles for the Geocommerce and Google Play teams. As an undergrad at Wharton, Lisa worked with a group of friends to build a startup that helped college students save money on textbooks.

As a little girl, Lisa wanted to be the first woman president. While she’s disappointed that’s still a possibility, she hopes not for long. Lisa grew up in Long Island in a multi-cultural home and traveled around the world, igniting her interest in the power of business, government, and technology in economic development. She was the Secretary-General of the 2010 National High School Model United Nations Conference, which hosted 3,000 participants at the United Nations.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys traveling, seeing Broadway musicals, and spending time with family. She is running the New York City marathon in 2019. Lisa is a proud alum of LEAD at Wharton, Management Leaders for Tomorrow, and the Toigo Fellowship. She is committed to closing the venture funding gap for women and underrepresented minorities through organizations like the Vinetta Project, BLEND, and All Raise. Lisa lives in New York with her partner, Viktor, and their puppy Korra.
